Nicole
Co-Founder
Nicole worked as a yacht chef before starting Verve Sano in 2018. She began her journey with kombucha in 2015 while living on the coast. Hailing from the Virgin Islands, she enjoys spicy, international food, but her specialty is healthy prepared meals, soups, and everything fermented.
Geoff
Co-Founder
Hailing from the East Coast of Canada, Geoff has worked in kitchens in since he was 16. He moved to Colombia in 2014, working in hostels on the coast before moving to Antioquia and starting Verve Sano. He specializes in smoked meats and fermented foods,
Yorima
Chief AssistantÂ
Yorima moved from Venezuela in 2017-she began working with Verve Sano in 2020 and helps with all processes including fermentation, packing, food prep, and everything in between.
Melany
Delivery Driver
Melany began working with Verve Sano during COVID. She is the primary delivery driver for the company. Melany is from Medellin where she works hard to raise her two daughters.
