This plan is a perfect for the busy person that wants the easiest option: healthy food that can be reheated.
What it includes:
3 Prepared Meals (one of each of the week's meals)
Rotating Dip (500ml): Hummus, Babaganoush, or Restaurant Salsa

~Bulgogi served over rice w/korean cucumber-carrot slaw and sesame-sprout salad: Chicken or Mushroom
~Beef or Mushroom & Broccoli stir-fry: Beef or Mushroom over quinoa.
-Soup of the week: Healing Turmeric Squash & Carrot Soup
-Salad Box: Verve Garden/Chef Kale Salad: cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions, sprouted lentils, toasted sunflower seeds. Dressing: Balsamic Vinaigrette.
