Our Smoked Roast Beef recipe is slow, smoke-roasted and sliced thin; perfect for sandwiches, salads, or just a healthy protein snack.
We use eye of round roast because the tight grain of muscle and small amount of fat makes it perfect for slicing thin and serving warm or chilled. Our roast beef is cooked to medium rare. If you want a more cooked product, simply heat in a pan or in the oven.
